The role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team on a permanent, full-time basis, with the option to work from either our Prestons or North Sydney Office.
Reporting directly to the State Commercial Manager, this role is responsible for managing the sales function with a primary focus on specification and business development within the architectural and interior designer community. As a key contributor, you will lead the specification sales function by developing and executing strategic business and promotional plans within the multi-residential and commercial building segment to provide sustainable revenue and gross margin growth through effective plan implementation. This role encompasses project management responsibilities, necessitating a thorough grasp of client and project requirements. It calls for the ability to provide specifications that align with the project brief, showcasing outstanding design expertise while ensuring compliance to standards.
