The ideal candidate will have:
· 3-5 years of experience in Labor and Employment
· Juris Doctorate, and licensed to practice law in State of CA
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Experience in defending against single plaintiff litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, reasonable accommodation.
• Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
• Experience drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions including dispositive and discovery motions,
• Experience taking and defending deposition including taking plaintiffs deposition and defending deposition of corporate witnesses
• Experience in employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Salary Range of $195,000-$245,000
· Medical, Dental, Vision, sick and vacation pay is available along with other ancillary benefits
