We are looking for a 4+ PQE UK qualified lawyer to join our Corporate and Commercial team. In this position, you will assist our growing number of diverse clients with a varied range of commercial and corporate work. LegalVision’s clients operate in a range of industries, including SaaS/IT, healthcare, e-commerce, construction and recruitment.
Ideally, we are also looking for a versatile lawyer, with a broad knowledge base, who is also willing to be flexible and to assist our other practice areas from time to time. Our ideal candidate has a strong grasp of the UK’s data protection legislation (including the UK GDPR), as well as consumer laws.
The role will also involve people management responsibilities for trainees and junior lawyers, so a genuine interest in coaching and developing others is a must.
