Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Columbia, MO is looking for a Private Duty Care Coordinator!

Job Duties:
- Staffing and Scheduling.
- Interacting with client families and field staff
- Interviewing potential employees
- Hosting New Hire Orientation
- Matching caregivers to clients
- Troubleshooting problems and providing resolution
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
- Highly Organized & Detail Oriented
- Available to cover shifts and assist with admissions when needed
Experience Needed:
- Past experience in a medical field preferred
- Previous Care Coordination a plus!
- Medical office experience preferred
- Prior management experience preferred but not required

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License and current insurance
