We are adding an HR Compensation Analyst to the Phoenix family!
What is a Compensation analyst? The compensation analyst helps organizations research and develop fair compensation structures to attract and retain employees by analyzing various data.

Job Duties
- Support the Human Resources team as needed.
- Develop compensation structures to optimize employee hiring and retention.
- Maintain all district reporting requirements and paperwork related to the worker's compensation such as lost time claims.
- Review metrics and models to predict and understand salary trends.
- Assist in yearly project of risk management and safety budget.
- Evaluate all current remuneration packages.
- Establish compensation packages for new hires and for any new positions created.
- Predict future trends to steer the company in a positive direction.
- Ensuring company compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Certified Compensation Professional certificate is required.
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources required
- Level of Excellence in Customer Service
- Experience in Home Care/Home Health Care/Hospice preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Office Experience is required; HR experience a definite plus.
- Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office & Windows Operating System)
- Patient & Attentive Listener with a Positive & Outgoing Attitude
- Initiative-driven individual who looks for opportunities to make daily office tasks enjoyable
