Annual Salary: £24,000-£27,000 per annum for full time*
Your role
The Office Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation and upkeep of our London Office and own associated administrative activities. They will be responsible for maintaining an organised, functional & safe workspace, as well as assisting in general administrative tasks such as company calendar organisation, guest management, office communications. The role requires strong administrative skills, proactiveness, organisation and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain an organised and functional office space including:
maintaining tidy and equipped meeting rooms and work stations;
keeping fully stocked and organised stationary cupboards and snack stations;
troubleshooting and resolving office technology issues including collaborating with IT support and Building Maintenance as needed.
Handling all office deliveries including collecting and distributing deliveries, as well as coordinating courier collections.
Managing with building management employee access and guest management, including running office inductions.
Communicating building notices, messages, and events to employees.
Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by maintaining health and safety protocols and mitigating risks.
Office and general administrative tasks including supporting teams in distributing company policies, management of outlook calendar events and ordering of replacement office equipment.
Key Requirements:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in Office Management or administration preferred.
This is a fully office based role, so candidate will need to be able to work fully in the office during working hours.
