Overview
Arthur D. Little will be offering internships within its Innovation Practice in London from March 2025, for recent graduates. Innovation Business Analyst Interns typically join Arthur D. Little for a 4 month period. During their internships, Business Analyst Interns are active members of project teams and often execute similar responsibilities to full-time junior members of staff.
The Innovation Practice is a global cross-industry function that works with strategy, research and development and innovation teams in large corporations and governments to improve efficiency and effectiveness . We focus on innovation strategy and on operating model design (capabilities, governance and organisation). We also help our clients interact better with the their external ecosystems through incubators, accelerators and venture builders to help create new products or services, and manage go-to-market strategies and business model for innovative offerings.
Our team in London works... especially in the consumer goods, automotive and manufacturing, renewable energy, telecoms and media and healthcare industries.

Qualifications
Qualifications and experience:
Business Analyst Interns are outstanding recent graduates (or those who are final year of their course), typically from a numerate discipline (e.g., mathematics, science, economics, business, and engineering).
Arthur D. Little is looking for credible and charismatic candidates with strong presentation skills and a professional demeanour. Ideal candidates will have previous relevant experience – either through an internship or otherwise – in a consultancy, analytical or research role in which they will have successfully applied their knowledge and skills.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are desirable. The candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter and a strong team player.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
As an Intern at Arthur D. Little, you will:
• Work directly with clients and team members to analyse situations, develop and test hypotheses for solutions
• Support project delivery, business development and thought leadership
• Use strong quantitative abilities to integrate and assess data in different forms
• Synthesize findings to provide action-oriented recommendations
• Communicate results and discuss issues with project teams and, on occasion, clients
• Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables
The role requires a high level of creative thinking and problem solving, combined with strong quantitative, interpersonal and team-working skills. Interns are expected to work alongside ADL consulting staff and so will be expected to travel if the project requires this
