We’re looking for a Data Administrator to join our team in Kings Hill
This is a great opportunity to kick- start your career within the Supply Chain/ Agricultural industry and become part of a passionate and dedicated team. You may be a recent graduate or already working within the industry looking for a new challenge.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with customs documentation for EU imports.
- Managing purchase order set up.
- Monitoring vessel arrivals and sharing key information with internal stakeholders.
- Support with sales order processing and invoice management.
- Maintain clear communication with suppliers and customers.
- Assist with managing stock and coordinating transport.
- Proactively learn and solve problems as you go.
Requirements
Essential
- A passion for learning and a willingness to grow.
- Strong organisational skills and a reliable work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
Desirable
- Previous experience in supply chain or fresh produce
