We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our world-class production team. In this crucial support function, you will assist in all aspects of the production process, including procurement, logistics, and administration. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of projects and contributing to the creation of awe-inspiring experiences for our clients.
Salary Range: £22,000 - £25,000 (Depending on Experience)
Responsibilities:
Order materials, supplies, and sundries for production and packaging.
Manage the sampling process and maintain the sample library.
Coordinate logistics for production, transport, and installation, ensuring timely delivery and efficient operations.
Assist in planning and organizing transportation, storage, and distribution of materials and finished products.
Support the management of the workshop fabrication team, including scheduling and daily updates.
Assist in production planning, costing, and organization.
Staff Management and Administration:
Coordinate freelance staff and crew bookings and maintain databases.
Handle administrative tasks such as timesheets, purchase orders, and credit card expenses.
Provide support for health and safety (H&S) procedures and risk assessment method statements (RAMS).
Requirements
Qualifications:
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Understanding of materials, production, and assembly processes, ideally with experience in a workshop environment.
Strong time management and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
1+ years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of Synergist software or similar project management tools is preferred.
Experience in procurement or buying for a workshop is advantageous.
