C & B Equipment, a progressive family-owned company that has grown over 30 years to include John Deere ag, material handling and powersports locations has an opening for a part-time Cleaning position at its John Deere dealership located in Storm Lake, Iowa. This individual would work a flexible schedule of approximately 6-10 hours per week with strong attention to detail. Previous cleaning experience preferred.
Essential Duties:
- Clean offices
- Sweep, vacuum, mop and scrub floors. Strip and wax floors as necessary
- Clean, sanitize and stock supplies in all bathrooms and break rooms
- Empty all trash receptacles and transport trash to dumpster
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Performs cleaning and routine maintenance and other duties as directed by supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preffered
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
