We are now looking to hire a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed candidate to support network growth. The Network Capacity Optimization Engineer work to optimize network performance, finding the best trade-off between capacity, speed and cost. this requires leading projects and network initiatives as well as forming a business partnership a range of planning and operational AMZL Teams.

You will play a key role in the development of the tools, models and processes around i) management of short and mid term capacity for AMZL delivery station, ii) standard operations clock and shift patterns, iii) best operating model in terms of trade-off between cost, speed and capacity. You will also coordinate the execution of weekly capacity update and quarterly changes for ops clock / shift patterns / operating models.

The role will own the approval from senior functional leaders to enable strategies to improve processes and performances. You will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable supporting complex cross functional projects and action plans. You will have a true hands-on approach, the ability to generate solutions, strong process management skills, and be an effective communicator.

In order to be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders as well as driving various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization. Basic Qualifications



- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent

- Experience in deep diving operational metrics and problem solving

- Good communication, written and spoken
- Work experience in Project and Program Management
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree, or equivalent
- SQL or similar experience would be beneficial.
- Work experience within a network planning or logistics/operations management role
- Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional organization skills and ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively and problem-solve
- Able to evaluate priorities appropriately, apt at resolving conflict and able communicates intentions clearly, delivering within time constraints
