GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the management and oversight of the day-to-day operating activities in areas of responsibility, inclusive of revenue and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Develops and directs company divisions to meet budgetary and financial goals.
• Directs short-term and long-term planning of strategic goals.
• Manages budget development to support business goals.
• Participates in acquisition and growth activities.
• Establishes performance goals, allocate resources and assess policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is required.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• 10 or more years of industry-related experience.
• 5 or more years of experience at an executive level position.

CERTIFICATION AND LICENSES

Professional certification may be required in some areas.
