Responsible for the management and oversight of the day-to-day operating activities in areas of responsibility, inclusive of revenue and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Develops and directs company divisions to meet budgetary and financial goals.
Directs short-term and long-term planning of strategic goals.
Manages budget development to support business goals.
Participates in acquisition and growth activities.
Establishes performance goals, allocate resources and assess policies.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to engage and build strong relationships with communities (local, national and international).
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is required.
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is preferred.
10 or more years of industry-related experience.
5 or more years of experience at an executive level position.
CERTIFICATION AND LICENSES
Professional certification may be required in some areas.
