Job Description
We are currently seeking an APP for our Basking Ridge Regional Site within the Breast Medicine Oncology service. The responsibilities of this role will include seeing patients independently as well as with the oncologist and will include ordering chemotherapy. MSK Basking Ridge is a freestanding facility where patients receive treatments on an outpatient basis in a state-of the-art setting. We are looking for an APP to work in an ambulatory setting with our excellent team to deliver comprehensive care to our patients.
HOURS: Four 10 hour days
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ with potential to float to all MSK locations
This opportunity is open for experienced APPs or new grads with breast medicine experience
We Are:
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will join a team of over 900 NPs and PAs across MSK who are dedicated to delivering compassionate, expert and comprehensive cancer care to patients and families, supporting the mission, philosophy, standards, goals and objectives of the institution and department.
You Are:

You Will:
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Provide comprehensive care to medical oncology patients
- Meet the medical needs of patients
- Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum
Qualifications needed for a PA candidate are:
- Graduate from an accredited PA program
- NCCPA certification
- Active NJ and NY licenses or eligible to obtain both
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience is required
- Experience in Medical Oncology
- BLS certified
Qualifications needed for an NP candidate are:
- Active NJ and NY APN/NP licenses/registrations or eligible to obtain both
- Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
- 2+ years of related clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Experience in Medical Oncology required
- Related National NP certification
- BLS certified
Pay Range $136,000-180,000K
