You will be part of a dynamic Health Informatics team in DigITs, MSK's enterprise digital organization, and take on a leadership role that impacts the future of AI in cancer care. As the Senior Director, Health Informatics, Oncology AI Adoption, you'll collaborate with MSK patients, clinicians, operations, and clinical researchers to develop the digital strategy for the Responsible Use of AI in Oncology. You will accelerate and drive the wise deployment, adoption, and impact of Responsible Oncology AI in real-world practice.
In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Health Informatics Officer and work closely with executive leadership to shape Oncology AI strategies and roadmaps that align with our institutional goals and values. You'll lead systematic thinking about AI technology and change readiness activities, influencing best practices and cost-effective solutions that provide clear, measurable value. With your domain-level expertise and leadership experience, you'll be a key bridge between enterprise stakeholders and IT colleagues, driving organizational AI impact and shaping the future of cancer care at MSK.

This role is eligible for a 20% bonus structure. Additionally, we are open to candidates who will require relocation to the NY metro area - this role is eligible for a sign-on bonus towards relocation.
