About the Role
This role sits within the Analytics, Measurement, and Product (AMP) team and supports the Performance.Monks account services organization. AMP is responsible for managing a reporting suite for account teams and clients, as well as developing tools to improve manager efficiency. This individual will work internally with account teams to build out & maintain custom reporting dashboards, develop reporting templates, and respond to issues as they arise.
Responsibilities:
- Configuring custom reporting dashboards
- Troubleshooting dashboard issues that arise
- Identifying data issues that need to be passed to engineers
- Development of reporting templates within reporting tool
- Writing custom SQL queries
- Direct communication with client marketing & data teams to align on KPI and dashboard requirements
About You
The essentials:
- 2-4 years work experience in digital marketing, data analysis, Business Intelligence, or related field
- Undergraduate degree in business analysis, digital marketing or related major
- Self starter, able to work independently
- Detail oriented and able to develop new processes
- Experience with BI Tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Looker etc.
- Experience with SQL and data warehouses
Not a must, but a plus:
- Google Cloud Platform experience, including BigQuery, Cloud Storage and Cloud Functions
- Experience with Digital Marketing programs a plus

Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting.
