RideNow Powersports, a leading powersports organization, is seeking a motivated and experienced Desk/Sales Manager to join our team. As a Desk/Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales objectives and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage sales team and sales processes
- Assist with deal structuring, presenting numbers, and closing deals
- Implement and execute best practices to achieve sales goals
- Ensure excellent customer care and satisfaction
- Track and analyze sales performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the powersports industry
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Motorcycle endorsement preferred
