You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers and key contributor to your RSA teammates to help efficiently and timely navigate sales process and customer satisfaction events.
You will:
· Act as a technical and program coordination resource to help the sales organization meet, if not exceed, its goals including organizing and communicating details related to a specific assignment or task while serving as an interface amongst RSA stakeholders including resellers.
· Stay up to date on relevant new products, technology trends and services offerings particularly as they relate to the customer target market mission objectives.
· Develop professional consultative skills used to gather customer requirements and IT environment specifics.
· Make outbound, and take inbound, calls as part of managing sales cycles, and respond to field sales, resellers, and end customer inquiries.
· Maintain good business relationships with customers and resellers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications and quotations.
· Understand the government procurement processes and build relationships with key individuals within these organizations.
· Work closely with assigned sales representatives and distributors to acquire and manage new opportunities as well as assist with customer support resolution when necessary.
· Focus on RSA Identity products and services and be able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs.
· Excel in your attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Essential Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA).
· Experience serving and understanding the United States Government’s Intelligence Community and/or classified DoD environments.
· World-class customer service and support, phone etiquette and work ethic.
· Clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written
· Strong organizational skills to effectively manage, report and follow-up on sales opportunities for forecasting and next steps.
· Experience working in a sales environment that shows knowledge of multi-platform hardware and software solutions.
· Solid customer relationship skills with the ability to build and manage relationships while effectively leveraging and navigating RSA business processes to serve our customers.
· Some experience in a customer-facing role.
· Eagerness to learn and ability to overcome business challenges and demonstrate shared ownership of desired outcomes for the customer.
· Excellent team building skills bringing together various stakeholders within RSA to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Partner closely with customers while communicating proactively regarding overall progress of queries.
Desirable Requirements:
· Active TS clearance preferred. Willingness to seek TS/SCI clearance mandatory.
· Experience within the cyber-security technology sector or identity management environment.
· Experience with job-associated databases or software, in particular SalesForce and CPQ.
