As a Channel Sales Account Executive, you will manage existing channel partners, working to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities, all in the service of optimizing sales execution.

Principal Responsibilities:  

  • Manage existing regional channel partners.
  • Manage national accounts
  • Work with channel partners in region to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities.
  • Provide channel partner feedback to the company to match market needs with company products.
  • Develop, motivate, and coordinate RSA sales team and Channel sales team to optimize sales execution.
  • Customarily and regularly engage at partner facilities.
  • Support a range of accounts, regional and national, in the US West/Canada territory.
  • Gains access and manage relationships with Partner vendor managers.
  • Some exposure to RSA senior leadership.
  • Interface directly with partners to ensure customer satisfaction with RSA solutions.
     
  • Full understanding of how RSA’s business model relates to selling RSA products and services.
  • Able to negotiate with others, internal and external, to achieve desired results/meet customer needs.
  • Articulate how RSA’s business model relates to partners selling RSA products and services
  • Support a range of channel accounts and partners
  • Develop and manage day-to-day relationships with our channel partners and distributors, ensuring high satisfaction with our solutions
  • Fully understand how our business model relates to selling our products and services, being the main point of contact
  • Resolve or escalate any customer concerns as appropriate
  • Negotiate to achieve desired results and meet customer needs

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Channel Sales experience, Field sales experience

Desirable Requirements: 

  • French speaking is a plus. 

Education & Experience: 

  • 3 to 5 years of similar experience working with the Channel or in a relationship-selling role
  • Good  communication skills to communicate with customers, leadership and to support other team members

Working Conditions: 

  • Ability to travel throughout the US & Canada
