The Assembler for Amps is responsible for installing components, jacks, switches, fuses, knobs, tubes, face plates and all other components on chassis of various types of guitar amplifiers.
Essential Functions
- Soldering chassis of amplifiers
- Installing transformers, hardware and tubes
- Soldering and Wiring the transformers and wires
- Wiring dress
- Inspecting finished chassis assemblies
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers specific to assignment.
- Ability to provide input and status to supervisor and let him/her know where they are on the assignment
- Good English communication skills necessary
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Must be detailed oriented
- Guitar or musical background preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work with small hand tools such as air guns, soldering irons and Dremels
- SUCCESSFUL Candidate MUST PASS E-Verify document/background check

Subject to the foregoing, the current pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.
