The Role:
Act as main point of contact for Facilities Helpdesk (London office).
Provide Facilities Support for Edinburgh Office (as required)
Conduct Daily/Weekly Building H&S checks, H&S will form a large part of your role.
Assist supervising all contractors (Hard & Soft Services), liaising with Building Maintenance Company for all aspects of maintenance. Ensuring prompt attention to any problems
Ensure building (London) is always operationally ready (eyes and ears of FM team)
Ensure a safe, compliant environment for staff & clients by ensuring processes are followed and where there are gaps in the processes escalate for resolution
Set up AV equipment for meetings/events – troubleshooting where necessary
Assist with internal ‘event’ set up in meeting rooms and on occasions support evening events
Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders
Assist managing onsite lockers & keyholding
Assist upkeep of Building inventory, ensuring all items up to date
Assist with Office Refurbishments (as required)
Provide back-up to FM team (Reception / Security duties) in times of holiday and absence
Experience
