We have two exciting opportunities within our Leakage Team to join us as a Customer Leak Support!
Working within a dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in helping the company hit their leakage and PCC ODI's through working with customers to resolve private side Leakage in a timely manner. You will manage and support our customers from finding a leak on their property to ensuring it is repaired.
As part of our team, you will help to play a critical role in achieving these ODI's and we have several opportunities to continue to grow and take on additional work streams.
You will be applying for both Permanent and 9 Month Fixed Term Contract positions so please note you may be offered either.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:
- You will liaise with our operational colleagues and work collaboratively to ensure we effectively process work and contribute to our 15% reduction plan
- You will be scheduling work for our gangs and being available to support them to drive performance. Furthermore you’ll manage and respond to all Bopps related complaints and to manage Bopps job build and ensure jobs are ready to be dispatched to gangs
- You will get to resolve complex repairs by working with outside contractors and land agents to provide access or facilitate a repair and you will liaise with legal and work through a process to obtain a warrant of entry where customers refuse access
- You will Manage Bopps finance and invoices to customers to maximise recovered costs and manage our own internal debt recovery programme and maximise debt collection by following litigation process
- You will schedule the workload for Bopps DST's to improve end to end performance and improve customer experience through quicker resolution and you will put the needs of our customers first, identifying vulnerable customers and making decisions on how to support them through the repair
