We are currently looking for a Senior Programme Manager to work within our Programme Management Office (PMO).
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Based from any of our Capital Hubs, the Senior Programme Manager will lead key critical workstreams within the PMO. You will lead a team of PMO Analysts and Controllers, working with key stakeholders to drive project and programme controls, continuously challenging and innovating to improve performance and drive continuous improvement. You will provide robust leadership in programme controls as well as nurturing the development of your team and their success. As a Senior Programme Manager, you will play a key role in establishing a best in class PMO and then managing the change portfolio controls and processes, including monitoring and reporting on progress against the delivery plan, long range planning, capacity, financial and resource planning.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
You will have a proven track record of successfully within a Delivery or PMO environment. You will have experience of leading teams of internal and external resource to deliver high risk, high complexity and high value programmes, and you will have extensive experience of working closely with a supply chain to deliver. You will have a proven track record in developing high performing teams and a strong background in delivering financial and operational success.
You will be a dynamic and collaborative individual with excellent communication and influencing skills. You will have a strong ability to build successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds, and hold a relentless drive for continuous improvement, with the ability to innovate and anticipate unexpected issues and challenges as they arise.
