Our Operational Performance Contract Analyst role sits at the heart of this value with the opportunity to really make a difference to our customers.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Metering Services Team as a Contract Analyst. You’ll be based at Raynesway, Derby where you will work Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
This role requires someone with an enquiring mind and the ability to think outside of the box.
You will be providing Analytical support on all areas of the metering contract with our external partners.
Where you will be responsible for tracking and produce management of information reports for meeting with various stakeholders at all levels.
Providing insights and reporting on risks / process improvements and delivering on implementing change for a first time resolution for all our customers
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
We are looking for a candidate who has excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
Its important you have strong analytical skills – the ability to deliver quality insight and management information from large volumes of data and a knack for interpreting and formatting data including from Excel and SAP
The candidate must have a positive can-do attitude that is able to adapt to an ever changing, fast paced environment.
Time management and organisation skills are also important to this role as you are expected to manage your own workload whilst adhering to deadlines.
An understanding of SAP would be desirable but not essential.
Of course, it’s important that we attract the right skill sets, and those with the right experience but we value character, positivity and a caring attitude in equal weight.
