EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We are looking for an experienced ABAP Application Developer to come in and join the team to provide technical support and contribute to new developments for our live SAP system. You will be leading on the establishment and continued review of our core ECC functionality (PM, SD, MM, FI,HR, Asset Management, IS-U), PPM, CRM as well as Integration work with SAP Success Factors and ARIBA.
You’ll be required to support the diagnosis of operational incidents and to analyse functional requirements, as well as create high level and detailed designs and create technical specifications. You will be charged with writing ABAP code, assisting testing, plus deploying and supporting change releases, as well as generally supporting SAP.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

In order to succeed in this role, we will be looking for you to have core technical skills including as solid core of ABAP skills (Reports, ALV, Screen development, enhancement framework) as well as broad experience across a range of SAP ECC modules. We will be looking for you to have experience in API development and Proxy development, as well as Object Oriented Development.
As you will be working as part of a dedicated team, we’ll want you to have excellent communication skills as well as a willingness for team working (within a multi-discipline team) and capable of working without direct supervision. Excellent analytical thinking skills & great attention to detail will be beneficial.
