Position Summary
We’re looking for a dedicated, ambitious and inspirational Area Manager who is responsible for the leadership and commercial success across Nespresso brand touchpoints within their area, both in boutiques and trade locations that are in 3rd party business partner areas.

A day in the life of an Area Manager…
- Takes ownership of the overall commercial success of the boutiques in their area.
- Responsible in driving accountability of the operations in Boutique with the Store Manager. Empowers the team to own operations effectively at a boutique level.
- Coaches the team to delivery exemplary levels of service; supporting as another point of escalation for complex situations where appropriate.
- Continuously improves and innovates, analysing customer sales, service data and KPIs, using this insight to coach the team and develop action plans to drive an improved customer experience journey across Boutique and Trade channels.
- Role model to the boutique team showcasing leadership behaviours to develop, motivate and inspire the teams who will story-tell and exceed the expectations of every customer.
- Stakeholder management and relationship building is crucial in developing and growing the brand in the UK&I in the relevant trade locations.
What will make you successful?
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Area Boutique Manager who is able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the competitive retail environment in which Nespresso operates.
- Ideally, you’ll have experience of working in the retail sector as an Area Manager within large organisations, but we are happy to consider those from a different background who have the required skill-set.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer facing environments providing exemplary levels of service.
- You’ll have a proven track record of improving boutique performance and a strong history of talent development teamed with continuous improvement.
- You’ll be motivated, driven, and have a high level of commitment to working independently within a field team. We encourage independence and creativity, and you’ll be given as much responsibility as you can handle.
