Principal Accountabilities
- Monitoring mechanical intervention concentrations and functionality
- Documenting results of CCP monitoring activities
- Comprehension of animal handling guidelines
- Communication with facility management and USDA
- Ability to understand product cleanliness and adherence to food safety process and procedures
- Understanding of Beef Export Verification requirements around cattle age determination and segregation methods
- Understanding and executing pathogen sampling methods, completing a COC for each product sampled at the appropriate frequency
Required Qualifications
- Must read, write and speak English
- Must have good attendance
- Must assist in the training of new employees
- Must be able to hold employees accountable for their job performance
- Must help in all emergency situations
- Must conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Must be highly motivated, energetic and willing to help communicate the importance of customer satisfaction to all employees
