Job Purpose and Impact
Location: Weybridge, UK (KT13 0SL)
Starting location is Weybridge, UK. As of early 2025, the location would be Central London due to office move. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office on average.
The Treasury A&F Analyst will help to establish and maintain accounting policies and fiscal controls and help prepare moderately complex financial reports and safeguard the organization's assets. In this role, you will help build accurate financial statements that comply with established requirements and policies and get involved in Treasury Profit & Loss reconciliations and management, statutory and corporate reporting.

Key Accountabilities
Apply accounting techniques and standard practices to classify and record financial transactions.
Help maintain and monitor the control of accounts and records in areas such as disbursements, expenses, tax payments and income.
Perform traditional general accounting functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger.
Draft segments of statements and reports and begin to handle assignments involving data analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate corporate and management reporting and analysis of business performance, such as explaining business results and providing variance analysis and foreign exchange and funding reporting.
Contribute input to new setup and changes in existing financial applications to optimize effectiveness and to standardize and improve business information provided to the Treasury group, internal businesses, and corporate finance teams.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Confirmed experience in an accounting or finance related role.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to support a team culture of continuous improvement, process optimization and intellectual curiosity.
Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity and a constantly changing environment.
Analytical mindset with an ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written at a global level.
Partial or full professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) would be considered an advantage.
