Job Purpose and Impact
The Invoice to Pay Specialist conduct complex operations activities and resolve invoice discrepancies. You will ensure flawless and uninterrupted business operations while maintaining compliance to complicated and frequently changing local regulations.
Key Accountabilities
- Review, prepare, negotiate and execute complex documentation and collaborate with operations staff to maintain effective control and provide accurate data.
- Apply comprehensive understanding of operational practices, procedures and internal controls to identify areas of improvement.
- Single point of contact for TMG, TAG, TSG. Daily coordination, communication and problem-solving.
- Supporting collaborative relationships with local banks on multitude of different daily matters. Supervision of CASC EMEA FX position management decisions.
- Provision of daily cashflows for TMG’s FX / Funding actions.
- Orchestrate compliance with currency controls.
- Management of cashflows related to IC loans and FX transactions.
- Supervision of paperwork (annual credit reviews, audit requests etc. ).
- Center of expertise on bank regulations, FX market regulations for business support and decision making
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Masters’ degree in finance
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Practical understanding of FX position management, various bank operations
- Experience with FX controls and relevant workflow
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP
- English – A2
- Confirmed understanding and commitment to internal controls
