Job Purpose and Impact
The Sales Operations Specialist will assist in providing analytical, administrative and sales support services to our sales professionals. In this role, you will establish and support tactical coordination across multiple areas such as investment operation, reporting and analysis and administration.
Key Accountabilities
Support the sales team in various parts of deal management process to improve sales operation effectiveness.
Run and maintain the sales structure and customer segmentation tools.
Ensure data in the internal systems is up to date.
Run routine activities and calculate commercial investments.
Support product related questions and trace lost shipments and solve routine problems, following established policies and procedures.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Customer focus and service oriented.
