Senior Regulatory Specialist – Your future position?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Fragrance & Beauty Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety (RAPS) Customer Relations (CR) team. Based in our offices in Ashford, Kent (UK) in the customer-facing role of Senior Regulatory Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to lead multiple European client accounts on all matters regulatory, including ensuring that all regulatory requirements about these accounts are fulfilled - that being legislative, client-based and Givaudan’s own.
You will also engage on multiple complex regulatory topics with internal and external clients alike - thereby being a crucial link between both the clients and the business.

You will be reporting to a Regulatory Manager.
In this exciting role, you will:
• Respond to requests from internal and external clients, being the regulatory customer-facing lead for multiple customers.
• Attend client meetings and present on multiple regulatory topics, being the strategic regulatory partner to the client and business alike.
• Work as an important partner in fragrance brief lifecycles - from validation, to submission and reformulation.
• Have and further develop detailed understanding of all applicable regulations.
• Gain knowledge of assigned customer and their regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with peers and regulatory managers alike across the RAPS global community and within the wider Givaudan organisation.
Your professional profile includes:
• University Degree in scientific field Preferred: Advanced scientific or technical degree in Regulatory, Chemistry, Toxicology or related degree (i.e. Pharmacology).
• 3-5 years’ experience in regulatory affairs in FMCG industry.
• Working knowledge of industry and customer regulatory requirements..
• Must be fluent in English. German preferred.
