Your Role
Reporting to the Salesforce Platform Manager you will be instrumental to the expansion of the European Salesforce solution, a key deliverable on our transformation project roadmaps. Features will be built on and aligned with our current Salesforce implementation and as such communication and alignment within the immediate team as well as across scrum teams is a must.This role will primarily focus on the build of Experience Cloud related iniatives so experience with Experience Cloud is a must.
Your role
Reporting to the Salesforce Platform Manager you will be instrumental to the expansion of the European Salesforce solution, a key deliverable on our transformation project roadmaps. Features will be built on and aligned with our current Salesforce implementation and as such communication and alignment within the immediate team as well as across scrum teams is a must.
This role will require you to gain a broad understanding of the business, working across the entire European business to design and build a robust, scalable solution in line with strategic direction of JELD-WEN. This currently includes exciting projects such as a new Salesforce re-org, telephony and CPQ systems to be integrated into Salesforce across our European estate.
What your impact will be
- To design and deliver Salesforce solutions in line with current and future implementation to ensure robustness and scalability across the European business.
- To document design decisions, build notes and test plans.
- To become the “Go To” person for Salesforce knowledge within the value stream, whilst coaching and sharing knowledge across the delivery team.
- To work with other developers in the team and across the delivery function to ensure quality and scalability are at the forefront of our development.
- To define & document test cases and assist with UAT across the business.
- To work with the Product Owner to ensure all stories are captured and sequencing of key deliverables considered.
What you need to suceed:
- 3+ Years experience working with Salesforce and Experience Cloud.
- Able to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Platform App Builder Certification
- Experience with Apex and Visualforce
- Comfortable with Salesforce administrator activities as well as developer activities
- Experience with Salesforce Flows and Process Builder
- Experience with Sales & Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud working knowledge and skillset
- Experience with providing technical solutions and supporting documentation
