JELD-WEN is currently looking to recruit a fantastic Site Administrator to join our team in Sheffield.
Location: Sheffield S13
Reporting to: Transport Manager
Duration: 12 months (maternity cover) with the opportunity to extend
Immediate start available
Hours will be 37 hours a week, working hours would be:
- Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:00 (30 min lunch), Fri 07:30-14:00 (30 min lunch)
Your role:
- Responsible for Invoicing all Pos
- Responsible for all Transport costs data to be kept up to date
- Seeing onsite project tasks through to completion
- Stationary orders and office/kitchen equipment procurement
- Scanning and filing
- 5S Champion for main offices
What you'll need to succeed:
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
- Previous experience of working in an administrative role
- Previous experience of working within a manufacturing business is desirable but not essential
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Strong organisation skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A professional approach with the ability to build strong effective relationships
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A ‘can do’ attitude
