Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan and schedule jobs through the production area in the Tool Shop.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Your Priorities
- Establishes production schedules for each job and/or each machine and coordinates those schedules in order to develop a master production schedule.
- Oversees the amount of time a job is on a machine in order to maintain the master schedule.
- Works with PC Supervisor to prioritize work.
- Monitors status of purchase parts and communicates any changes to purchasing department.
- Schedules engineering changes and tool repairs.
- Prepares and maintains efficiency reports.
Requirements
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or a related discipline, plus 0 to 2 years of injection mold building experience OR
- Associate’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or a related discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of injection mold building experience OR
- High School or GED, plus 4 to 6 years of injection mold building experience.
