How will you make a difference?

Customer Contact:

 

  • Key contact person of clients for commercial/contractual issues for a defined customer portfolio.
  • Key contact person for defined cross-regional customers.
  • Build, develop and maintain long-term client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Key contact person of clients for commercial/contractual issues for a defined customer portfolio.
  • Key contact person for defined cross-regional customers.
  • Build, develop and maintain long-term client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage client complaints and contractual disputes, including warranty or defect claims.

 

After- Sales and Contract Renewal 

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze customer requirements and generate service quotations.
  • Responsible for After Sales strategy, target and growth – Maintain pipeline by customer by quarter (e.g. proactive approach for Repair/Modification offers and maintenance offers, including following-up offers, negotiating and closing the offer).
  • Responsible for After Sales order intake, revenues and EBIT of the service area
  • Support main component planner on main component demands from non-contractual customers.
  • End to end management of service agreement renewals for existing wind farms (including tendering, negotiation of T&C, cost analysis and pricing, and managing internal gate process).
  • Build strategy to reactivate lost accounts.

 

General

 

General:

  • Responsible for collecting any overdue service payments.

  • Processing of billable service works in a complete and timely manner.

  • Regular travel within his/her responsible market and abroad is part of the job.

  • Support Local Operations Manager (LOM)/Area Service Manager (ASM) with operational customer complaints.

  • Knowledge transfer of Maintenance Service Agreement-contractual scope to the operational function (LOM, ASM, etc.).

  • Management of new contract reviews for newly signed maintenance and service agreements (organise new MSA page turn with all applicable members of the team and customer).

Previous experience

  • Relevant experience in a technical sales position or account management function.

  • Knowledge in the renewable energy sector preferable.

  • Experienced in dealing with internal and external customers.

  • Experienced in working towards challenging sales targets.

  • Previous experience working with service or sales contracts.

  • Experience in formal sales tenders advantageous.

Education, qualification and personal profile 

  • Excellent English language skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint.

  • Strong computer literacy skills required. Previous experience with SAP advantageous.

  • Understanding and awareness of engineering principles.

  • Understanding of basic UK and Irish legal framework & commercial/contractual law advantageous.

  • Excellent relationship management

  • Strong negotiating skills

  • Planning & organising skills

  • Willing to travel on regular basis, including nights away from home

  • Good Presentation skills

  • Conflict management

  • Customer focused approach
