Customer Contact:
After- Sales and Contract Renewal
General
General:
Responsible for collecting any overdue service payments.
Processing of billable service works in a complete and timely manner.
Regular travel within his/her responsible market and abroad is part of the job.
Support Local Operations Manager (LOM)/Area Service Manager (ASM) with operational customer complaints.
Knowledge transfer of Maintenance Service Agreement-contractual scope to the operational function (LOM, ASM, etc.).
Management of new contract reviews for newly signed maintenance and service agreements (organise new MSA page turn with all applicable members of the team and customer).
Previous experience
Relevant experience in a technical sales position or account management function.
Knowledge in the renewable energy sector preferable.
Experienced in dealing with internal and external customers.
Experienced in working towards challenging sales targets.
Previous experience working with service or sales contracts.
Experience in formal sales tenders advantageous.
Education, qualification and personal profile
Excellent English language skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint.
Strong computer literacy skills required. Previous experience with SAP advantageous.
Understanding and awareness of engineering principles.
Understanding of basic UK and Irish legal framework & commercial/contractual law advantageous.
