Join us as we are further strengthening our Product team and are looking for a new head of Commercial Product Management to join our growing team.
Your role is to lead the go-to-market strategy of the Sinch RCS services worldwide. You will be pivotal in shaping the Sinch and industry transition from SMS/MMS to RCS and be an active thought leader in the market.
Your immediate focus will be to drive the go-to-market for Sinch, including sales strategy defined by region as the market matures. Sinch is doubling down on RCS investment triggered by industry changes, and you work with all functions inside Sinch, including a partnered Technical Product Manager to deliver the quality standards our customers expect.
This is a fast-moving role that requires someone who knows the messaging industry, a great understanding of RCS and most importantly a driven individual with absolute conviction on what we should offer.
Your end goal is to accelerate Sinch’s expansion on the RCS product. You’ll be reporting to the VP, Commercial Product Management and will be accountable for RCS success worldwide.
Responsibilities
You’ll be part of the Messaging Network & API organization which includes teams of product managers and product operations teams located across various Sinch offices around the world. Your base could be in either USA or Europe, and we’re open to a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement.
The messaging team drives the majority of our business revenue, and the decisions taken in this team will have an immense impact on our entire business. Our messaging team has a global function in the company, working at the very core. You will have high autonomy in your role but also work closely with the rest of the teams since knowledge sharing is essential to our success.
