En assurant la relève, superviser les opérations de livraison et de traitement du courrier dans une zone locale. Cela comprend les activités des facteurs, des FFRS et des SUF affectés à la livraison du courrier ainsi qu'au traitement manuel adéquat du courrier pour le quart auquel ils sont affectés. Il est la voix de la Société et tient régulièrement les membres de l'équipe au courant des attentes en matière de rendement, des mises à jour sur les activités ainsi que des résultats.
