The Customer Service Administrator will provide administrative support for the customer service area of the business. This role is a great fit for someone who is enthusiastic about collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage emails and correspondence effectively and professionally and answer and direct all customer calls and queries.
  • Raise work orders and job cards for production and process invoice queries accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Create, manange, and update all reporting.
  • Maintain and manage an organised filing system for easy document retrieval.


What you’ll bring:

  • 5 GCSEs with English and Maths at  A – C or at 4 – 9 or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Experience using SAP is advantageous but not required.
