The Project Support Assistant will provide administrative support and coordinate project activities to ensure the project is on schedule. The incumbent will help to schedule and organize meetings, manage project documentation, track project progress, and handle other administrative tasks for the project team.
Up to three-year assignment supporting the campus-wide initiative, Project Encompass.
These essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following. Additional essential functions may be identified and included by the hiring department.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
AND
Experience:
Two (2) years of experience related to the above described duties
Substitution Statement: Related experience may be substituted for education, on a basis set forth and approved by the Department of Human Resources
