Definition of Class
This position assists with the daily activities associated with the compliance of on-campus recruiting program for football. The incumbent coordinates and manages compliance documents for on-campus recruiting visits, conducts player evaluations, makes recommendations to determine potential recruits, and analyzes player game footage.
Examples of Work Performed
- Analyzes player game footage to determine recruiting schedule.
- Coordinates and manages compliance documents for official and unofficial visits and drafts preliminary logistical plans.
- Conducts film evaluations on prospective student athletes and presents to coaches and staff.
- Assists coaches with on-campus recruiting tasks and develops travel schedules.
- Creates a schedule of events for prospective student athletes involved in on-campus visits.
- Coordinates and maintains quality of handwritten campaign correspondence.
- Ensures that NCAA and SEC rules are followed and reported to compliance.
- Meets with staff members to ensure on-campus recruitment efforts are in compliance with University NCAA and SEC recruitment regulations and to evaluate efficiency of staff operations.
- Performs similar or related duties as assigned or required.
Essential Functions

3. Creates schedule of events for on-campus visits.
4. Maintains quality of handwritten campaign corresponde.
Minimum Education/Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
AND
Experience:
Three (3) years of experience related to the above described duties.
Substitution Statement: Related experience may be substituted for education, on a basis set forth and approved by the Department of Human Resources.
