Primary Responsibilities
- Analyzes business processes and recommends improvements aligned with best practices with the assigned functional modules.
- Gather master data requirements and strategies to support supply chain and manufacturing transition into SAP.
- Assist in developing a plan for every part from dock to stock.
- Work closely with Process Owners to transform business requirements into technical requirements.
- Work closely with Programmers to ensure an understanding of business requirements and practices.
- Develop and document a project test plan. Manage system testing to ensure procedures are thoroughly tested before release.
- Collaborates in planning, design, development and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
- Stay informed of advances and pertinent changes in software technologies that may translate into process improvements.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years related experience required.
- Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Managment, Supply Chain or related field is required. Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Previous experience with SAP modules EWM, WM, and IM
- Strong communication, computer and organizational skills are necessary.
- Occasional travel is required.
