The job:
As a Loyalty Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our loyalty program to drive member engagement and satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program operations and deliver exceptional service to our valued members.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic:
Develop and implement strategies to grow membership/loyalty programme enrollment and engagement.
Analyze membership/loyalty programme data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the CRM Leader, to ensure seamless programme operations and manage member communications and offers effectively.
Oversee administration of member benefits, rewards, and incentives.
Operational:
Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, recommending enhancements.
Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and escalations.
Stay informed about industry trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Train customer service team in stores.
The profile:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, data analysis, or a related field.
Previous experience in membership/loyalty program management or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration across teams.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Specific requirements/Work environment:
This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least three days a week in our London office (Surrey Quays)
