Danfoss in Ames has an opening for a 1st shift Team Coordinator S45. The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 4:00 am – 2:00 pm with the potential for overtime.
Team Coordinators facilitate communications from supervision/planning to the production team while ensuring a safe working environment; providing customers with quality products on time; upholding strict compliance with all Danfoss and production floor policies; conducting daily shift meetings; and maintaining orderly, clean, and organized work areas according to 5S standards. When Team Coordinator responsibilities are completed it is expected this role would work alongside Production Operation Technician’s to ensure assembly goals are being met.
