The General Clerk II performs clerical office work such as document processing, record keeping, and report compilation, requiring simple analysis, use of individual judgment, and working knowledge of procedures.
• Receives, classifies, consolidates, and/or summarizes documents and information.
• Maintains records of documents processed.
• Compiles various regular reports in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Occasionally contacts customers, suppliers or organization employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information.

FORMAL EDUCATION:
Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Preferred: 1-2 years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge
