Position Summary
We are currently hiring for a materials specialist for our location in Bolingbrook, IL. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all service professionals have necessary inventory to complete all necessary transactions for four of our branch locations. You will ensure proactive inventory management to minimize inventory while maximizing ability to service customer.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks
- Responsible for managing inventory levels to regional inventory commitments and established inventory metrics.
- Coordinate and manage annual physical inventory and monthly cycle counts
- Ownership of return material authorizations process
- Direct inventory activities in areas of responsibilities
- Manage parts/materials/non -inventoriable for small installations(SDI/Lab)
- Tank inventory management (float management)
- Framework PO Management
- 5s compliance within inventory management

Position Requirements
- AA degree or related experience
- 5+ yrs of Inventory management experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work in matrix environment
- Proficiency in Inventory Management within ERP systems; SAP preferred
- Material planning and resource management
- Procurement/vendor management.
- Expertise in driving Standardization across process
