E-ONE manufactures custom and commercial fire trucks including pumpers and tankers, aerial ladders and platforms, rescues of all sizes, quick attack units, industrial trucks, and ARFF (aircraft rescue firefighting vehicles).

Job Title: Plumber I
What a day in the life of a Plumber at REV looks like:
- Cutting and threading pipes using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe threading machine
- Bend pipes to the required angle by using a pipe bending machine or by bending by hand
- Join pipes by using screws, bolts, fittings, solder, plastic solvent, and caulk joints
- Assemble and install valves, pipe fittings, and pipes
- Fill pipe systems with water or air and read pressure gauges to check for system leaks
Required education, skills, and experience to be successful:
- Preferred 1-2 years of plumbing experience
- Preferred high school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings within the first 90 days of employment.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements
- Ability to use common hand tools and power tools such as drills, and screw guns
- Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Successful completion of the drug and background screening

- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing up and down ladders and scaffolding

The pay scale for newly hired employees in this position at this location in New York is $16.50 -$18.50. This is based on meeting all of the requirements of the role. The base pay offered for the role may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We are proud to offer competitive benefits in addition to competitive pay.
