Knight Frank is looking to hire a Saturday Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients.

The Saturday Assistant will be responsible for answering telephones, responding to general enquiries, arranging viewings, and greeting walk-ins. The role will also encompass some basic administration tasks dependant on the needs of the business. The role is based in our award-winning and market-leading Summertown office; parking will be provided for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting clients coming into the office
- Arranging viewings
- Liaising with the Knight Frank team to deal with any enquiries in a timely and efficient way.
- Ad-hoc tasks
Key Experience Required:
- Experience using various IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- The ability to be self-motivated, organised, intuitive, and adaptable.
- A personable and welcoming attitude.
