Knight Frank is looking to recruit an Associate into their busy and successful St Johns Wood Lettings team. This role will give you access to letting and obtaining new instructions in the St Johns Wood and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a highly capable agent, who is self-sufficient, self-motivated and has a passion for outstanding customer service.
You will be responsible for:
- The day-to-day management of tenants, which will include generating viewings and obtaining lets on properties.
- Obtain instructions on properties of a suitable quality and in sufficient quantity to achieve agreed business targets.
- Maintaining records on our internal database.
- Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner.
- Conducting viewings with prospective buyers and following up on feedback from these.
You will have experience working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Valuer, or have at least 4+ years’ experience working in a sales or customer service driven role, and will have excellent customer service skills. You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with landlords and tenants, whilst also having a proven track record in closing deals. It would be beneficial to have a knowledge of the Central and North London property market, with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition.
