The role of Retail Media Performance Marketing Manager sits within the UK Commercial Team working in close collaboration with e-Com KAMs, local marketing and European performance marketing teams to drive retail media excellence in execution with UK retail partners.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Your Tasks
Plan, steer & optimize a £3m+ budget in performance media for our key retail partners both in and out platform.
Manage multi-million divisional retailer media budget, in and out platform, as well as planning and measuring spend and activity with focus on ROAS and effectiveness.
Build the Performance Marketing roadmap and plan to execute strategic new ways of attracting a wider audience, working with key stakeholders to set KPI's and strategies as to how to achieve them.
Deconstruct the customer journey and build audience plans to drive growth throughout mid-low customer funnels.
Continually optimise channel performance through test and learn planning, data analysis, media planning, and creative execution.
Lead all media campaign reporting, measurement, and performance PCAs including retailer partnerships and performance media.
Manage the performance agency relationship, ensuring that we have clear KPIs and best-in-class setup
Create playbooks and “golden rules” for S&CM, eCom and Sales teams, ensuring performance objectives are fully aligned and the team are empowered to deliver.
Upskill the business on performance marketing, ensuring stakeholders understand channel objectives and benefits.
Your Profile
Proven experience as a Performance or Digital Marketing Manager, ideally within FMCG
A creative problem-solver who is driven by results
Thought leadership and building positive working environments
Strategic thinker with ability to balance short term targets with strategic initiatives
Enthusiastic about data and measurement and how new models can be applied to guide activity and attribution
A passion for embracing new ideas, experimentation, and learning
In depth understanding of programmatic DSP’s and marketing technology.
Budget management with proven marketing mix decision making
Combined problem-solving and effective prioritisation capability
Highly commercial with ability to plan and balance budget based on benefit
Full marketing mix experience with sound knowledge in all performance channels
