The Field Operations team delivers in-store excellence in execution adhering to Beiersdorf’s key principles of ‘The Perfect Store’, working across our key brands of Nivea, Elastoplast and Eucerin. As the Operations Executive, you will support the Field Operations Executives on a day-to-day basis of running the team. You will be pivotal in keeping the team updated and fully equipped.
Your Tasks
- Support with loading of relevant scripts in line with client objectives for periodic questions
- Management of master data management in line with standard process, ensuring master data is accurate at all times
- Update the system / platform with all latest SKU's, general management of SKU file
- Maintaining the call file log, deleting old stores and ensuring new ones are loaded
- Main point of contact for all fleet enquiries, including replacement vehicles and accident log
- Exporting required data from platform as required by Field Operations team and putting into useable format
- Ensuring the team are fully equipped and set up to do their jobs to the best standard
- Management of budget ensuring all PO’s are raised and logged
- Liaising with the Shopper Marketing team to ensure that the Field Operations team have the right POS materials
