About the role:
Reporting to the Aviation Operations Manager, the Aviation Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing support to ensure safe and efficient operations at Ampol’s Aviation Refuelling operations both at Sydney and Canberra Airport.. To ensure that Ampol provides on time and in full services to customers in a safe and reliable manner whilst maintaining high level of compliance.
Key responsibilities:
Processing invoices
Stock reconciliation
Management of payroll functions
Monthly reporting and contract splits
Daily fuel reconciliation
Managing uniform allocations
Creating purchase orders
About you:
You have a positive and can-do attitude with previous experience in a similar role. You have proven experience in an operation administrative role supporting operators and management. You are highly organised, posses a high attention to detail and have the ability to manage workload and work under pressure. You have the willingness to develop your skills and learn new tasks.
Key skills and experience:
Previous experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS office
Good knowledge of SAP application (desirable)
Excellent computer literacy skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
